Covid-19 Statement

At Direct Taxis we take the safety of our customers and ourselves seriously and make sure that we keep our taxis clean.

We have hand sanitiser available for customers to use and between each job we sanitise our taxis with anti-bacterial cleaner. This includes inner and outer door handles, door cards, seat belt buckles and anything else likely to be in physical contact with the customer.

All of our vehicles are equipped with contactless card payment facilities and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

We are always happy to accommodate any needs and can even drop off essential items directly to your house. We can let you know when we are near and how much payment is required before we get to you. That way you can leave the payment outside if you wish, to minimise physical contact. We can also take bank transfer payments.
